What we collect and why
- Your email address, only if you type it into the launch list form. We use it for one purpose: to tell you when Their Own Song opens and to send your launch discount. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form.
- Anonymous visit statistics: which pages were viewed, which buttons were clicked and which site the visit came from. These statistics use no cookies and do not identify you.
The details you type into the chorus preview stay in your browser. They are not sent to us or stored.
Who processes the data for us
- Tally (tally.so) stores the launch list.
- Umami (umami.is) provides the anonymous statistics.
- Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) hosts this website.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until the launch email has been sent, or for 12 months, whichever comes first. Then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your email address, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the contact address above. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
